For room bookings, guests may cancel their reservations up to two days before their check-in date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made one day before check-in are eligible for a partial refund as outlined in the booking terms. Cancellations on the day of check-in or failure to arrive (no-shows) will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds for early departures are not guaranteed. Any requests for refunds under these circumstances will be assessed individually based on the length of stay remaining and the reason for the early departure.
