Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 9th January 2025

At The Manor NE Ltd, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all guests.
Cancellations made 2 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 1 day before the check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.

Cancellations made on the day of check-in or for no-shows will not be refunded.

To cancel your booking:

  • Contact us directly by phone, email or through your booking platform.
  • Provide your name under which the booking was made.
Refunds outside of this policy may be granted at our discretion in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies). Documentation may be required.
For group bookings or venue reservations, cancellation terms may differ. Please refer to your booking agreement or contact us for details.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or other operational needs.
